Every great musical journey begins with a single sound. With curiosity, the joy of discovery and the moment when an instrument becomes a voice of personal expression.
The Lithuanian Harp Festival Baltic Echoes invites audiences to a concert bringing together young harpists of different ages, musical backgrounds and experiences from Lithuania and Norway.
Special guests of the concert will be students of internationally acclaimed harpist and educator Isabelle Perrin from the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo. They will share the stage with students of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art and Kaunas Juozas Naujalis Music Gymnasium.
More than a showcase of emerging talent, this concert is a meeting place for different harp traditions – an opportunity to share musical experiences and discover a common language beyond words.
Each performer brings an individual musical voice, sensitivity and artistic perspective. The performances of musicians at different stages of their education will reveal how musical ideas grow, interpretations evolve and artistic identities begin to take shape.
Young Harpists in Concert offers a glimpse into the future of harp artistry – a future already being shaped today.

A musical fairy tale for children and families, combining harp music and theatrical storytelling
A Harp Fairy Tale
What if a harp could tell fairy tales? Hidden within its strings might be enchanted forests, mysterious castles and stories waiting to be discovered. A Harp Fairy Tale is a musical journey for children and families, bringing together young harpists from music schools across Lithuania. With the creative guidance of a theatre director, they will create a world where music, theatre and imagination meet – and where every sound might begin a new adventure.
